- With WINneo®-2.pro, the integrated OPC UA server connects the dryer to the digital production network via the standardised OPC UA interface (OPC UA 40082-6 / EUROMAP 82.6) as a plug-and-play solution. This enables granulate drying to be integrated into a Smart Factory environment.
HELIO®Clean-5 featuring the new DKM process
With the HELIO®Clean-5, HELIOS is launching the first product in its new generation of dedusters featuring the DKM process. The compact conveying and dedusting unit is designed for material throughputs of up to 25 kg/h.At the heart of this the innovative DKM process (Dust Killing Method). Six precisely coordinated process steps ensure the perfect removal of dust and fine particles from the plastic granulate. The HELIO®Clean-5 can be installed directly on a processing machine or drying container or integrated into an existing conveying system using a dedusting adapter.
30 Years of OKTOMAT®: Anniversary at Fakuma 2026
At Fakuma 1996, HELIOS presented the OKTOMAT® system to the astonished professionals audience for the first time. Thirty years and more than 10,000 systems installed worldwide later, the discharging system will celebrate its 30th anniversary at Fakuma 2026. At its exhibition stand, HELIOS will demonstrate one of the many applications of the OKTOMAT® system: an Octabin and a Big Bag will be alternately emptied completely without leaving any residuals.
The modular principle of the OKTOMAT® system enables a wide range of configurations tailored precisely to the respective task. The system components can be combined individually and adapted to the specific application, for example as a twin station.
