Integrating JETTBOXX® dryers into Smart Factory
In keeping with the exhibition’s theme: ‘Promoting technologies – shaping the future – connecting people’ we represent the WINneo®2.com-package with two applications .pro and .net:
- WINneo®2.pro integrates the JETBOXX® dryer via LAN as plug-and-play-solution into the Smart Factory. The integrated OPC-UA server uses the standardized interface OPC UA 40082-6 / EUROMAP 82.6.
- WINneo®2.net enables the convenient adjustment and control of the drying process via WiFi.
The benefit: comprehensive process documentation takes into account not only the machine data but also the production parameters of the peripheral machinery. The standardized interface enables the drying data to be recorded in a consistent manner and made available to systems such as MES, ERP or dashboards.
This supports production monitoring, planning and traceability – a key foundation for the documentation and monitoring of validated injection moulding processes for example in the medical technology sector. This technology is setting new standards in the plastics processing.
HELIO®Clean 5 market launch
HELIO®Clean 5 marks the start of a new generation of dedusting devices. This compact conveying and dedusting device removes dust from plastic granules in a 6-stage dust removal process based on the DKM process achieving a “perfect” dust removal grade at a material throughput up to 25 kg/h. The innovative DKM process will be the new standard for granulate dedusting in future.
The high dust removal efficiency of HELIO®Clean 5, which utilizes the DKM process, places particular demands on dust collection. The new dust collector with a 15-litres capacity and automatic filter cleaning is optimally suited to these requirements.
