Docking version A

• The top-mounted dryer is mounted directly onto the feeding zone.
• Conveying to one component with the integrated compressed air conveying device and suction lance
• Granulate drying with flow-dependent and plastic-specific drying parameters

Docking version B

• The top-mounted dryer is mounted directly onto the feeding zone.
• Conveying to one component with the integrated compressed air conveying device/ deduster (CE option) and suction lance
• Dust removal by swirling using a compressed air jet after each conveying procedure. The separated dust content is passed into a dust collection container
• The material from which the dust has been removed is dried with flow-dependent, plastic-specific drying parameters

Docking version C

• The top-mounted dryer is mounted directly onto the feeding zone.
• Two components (virgin material + regrind) are conveyed with the integrated compressed air conveying device/ deduster and two suction lances (ME option).
• Dust removal by swirling using a compressed air jet after each conveying cycle. The separated dust content is passed into a dust collection container
• The material from which the dust has been removed is dried with flow-dependent and plastic-specific drying parameters

Docking version D

• The top-mounted dryer with docking system is mounted directly onto the feeding zone
• Drying containers are pre-dried at a dryer station and moved to the machine on a trolley
• The JETBOXX^® docking system allows an easy and quick change of the drying container
• The pre-dried material can be processed immediately by the injection moulding machine and is kept further dry by the JETBOXX® dryer control

Hinged cover / Cover removable

The cover can be hinged down in just one action. Standard for 6|12|18 liter, optionally for 20|30|50|75 liters. The drying containers with size 75 to 200 litres have a cleaning door at the rear. In that way the cleaning can be done easily.

Cleaning from top

The JETBOXX^® drying container can be opened easily from top for cleaning. The high quality inner wall made of stainless steel allows a 100 percent cleaning. The special JETBOXX^® air distributor pipe can be removed easily without any tools.

Variable filling level

B Filling level sensor on sliding rail - Position for decreased filling level, infinitely adjustable.

The filling level sensor of a conveyor can be attached on a sliding rail at the container (viewing ) window. In this way the maximal filling height can be varied to guarantee the permitted residence time (overdrying protection).
